Art is not being displayed

If you press Play and the media doesn’t display on your TV: 

1. Make sure:

  • the TV is on and active
  • the WindowSight app is open 
  • the TV is synced


2. Check your internet connection. 

3. Check the status of your Membership in Settings > Account to make sure your Premium is working properly.
