App doesn’t work properly on TV

In case you are experiencing problems with WindowSight TV, please try taking the following steps:

  1. Log out of your account. 
  2. Close the app (make sure to close from the background activity).
  3. Relaunch the app and log in with your user. 


If the problem persists, 


Bear in mind that if your TV has been rooted you can’t access the app.
