Modify account details

Edit your name, surname, gender, phone number, date of birth through the app’s Settings and through our website at Account Settings > Personal Information.

Steps through website:

1. Log in at web.windowsight.com/login.
2. Access your Account Settings > Personal Information.
3. Enter your new information.
4. Save changes.

Steps through the app:

1. Log into your account through the WindowSight mobile app.
2. Go to Profile and click on the Settings button.
3. Access the Personal Information section.
4. Enter your new information.
5. Save changes.
