Why did my Trial not activate?

If you are experiencing WindowSight as a Free member after completing the process to become a Premium member, consider the following options:

Check that the process completed correctly.

  1. Go to Account Settings > Account > Membership.
  2. Check that the membership plan is Premium and not Free.

  • If the membership plan is still Free, try activating Premium again.
  • If the membership plan is Premium:

    If you have already enjoyed the trial before, the next time you subscribe to Premium, you will not have the 14 day free trial.

    If you don’t know if you had Premium before, you can check your membership history in your Receipts. Bear in mind the trial will not appear in your receipts unless you stayed Premium afterwards.

    If you have never been Premium before and you still weren’t granted the 14 free trial Premium period, contact us. We will get back to you with further assistance.
