Premium on Hold is a membership state that occurs when payments cannot proceed. If yours has, it will state it in your Settings > Account.
Update your payment information to resume Premium. You can use WindowSight as a Free member until then.
Suspended accounts may see their Premium as On Hold. If you have already reactivated your account, update your payment information to resume Premium.
